CFPB Summary of Rights

CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) has recently issued a new version of the government notice, “A Summary of Your Rights Under The Fair Credit Reporting Act.”

The forms can be found in our Download Documents section. The links are direct to the CFPB website. There is an English and Spanish version.

These forms became effective on April 19, 2023. You can start using these new versions but please note the use of the new version is not mandatory until March 20, 2024.
